Course content
|
Basic skills in biochemistry laboratory: weights, pipetting technique, dilution series, preparation of buffers. Basic methods in biochemistry laboratory: homogenization of biological material, extraction and precipitation, filtration and centrifugation, membrane separation (dialysis and ultrafiltration), spectrophotometry (calibration curve, concentration measurements), chromatography (gel permeation chromatography, TLC), electromigration methods (agarose electrophoresis), distillations, sublimation, melting point determination, titration, conductometry, microscopic methods and analyses.
