1. Evaluation of neutralizing antibodies 1 - preparation of pseudoviruses 2. Evaluation of neutralizing antibodies 2 - measurement of neutralizing activity using pseudoviruses 3. Evaluation of antibody affinity - SPR 4. Evaluation of antibody subclasses - fluoroenzyme assay 5. Evaluation of allergen specific antibodies - biochip ALEX 6. Multiparametric determination of leukocyte subpopulations 7. Determination of antigen-specific immune cell response of lymphocytes - proliferation assay 8. Determination of antigen-specific immune cell response of lymphocytes - detection of intracellular cytokine production 9. Measurement of immune complex formation - SPR

Learning outcomes
|
The student will learn the basic principles of preparation and performance and evaluation of selected immunological determinations by practical performance or observation.
Understanding of the principles of methods used in immunology and the ability to implement them in practice.

By completing the KBC/ZIMU course, students will have sufficient knowledge to be able to take the KBC/CI course.
