Course content
|
Students will learn how to publish their data, give an oral/poster presentation and how to write research proposal. Students also will get opportunity to present selected scientific paper. The course includes invited talks on selected topic presented by either invited specialists from other research institutions or members of the Department of Cell Biology and Genetics.

Learning outcomes
|
Seminar for students of MSc. study programmes. The course focuses on recent advances in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell and Plant Sciences. The work with the scientific text, preparing and following of presentations in the Czech and English language, its analysis and reproductions.
Student is able to (after attending the course): - prepare data of own research (Thesis) for publication - present properly the own data as a seminary lecture and abstract - discuss the colleagues' data

Student performance
Regular attendance at seminar. Presentation on given topic, active discussion.
