Course content |
1) The course introduction. Laboratory safety and rules. 2) Isolation of Plant genomic DNA. Measuring of the DNA concentration and purity, its electrophoretic separation on agarose gel. 3) Isolation of imunoglobulin fraction IgG of rabbit blood serum. Electrophoretic separation of proteins on polyacrylamide gel (PAGE), detection of their molecular weights. 4) Plasmid transformation of competent bacteries, gene transfer of resistence to antibiotics. 5) Detection of aryl hydrocarbon receptor in tumor cell lines (protein izolation, SDS-PAGE, westernblotting, immunodetection).
