EXCEL - getting started with MS Excel 4. Operators, absolute vs relative adressing 5. Functions 6. Conditional formatting 7. Graph and data visualization, cross tables and graphs 8. Lists, filters, extended filters 9. Analytical tools, basic statistics 10. Matrix equations, forecasting functions 11. MS Access - data import and export, running queries 12. Sensitivity analysis tools, solver.

Learning outcomes
|
The course should help students to practically use main programmes of Microsoft Office package including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Some of the topics are: work with text, indexes, pictures, notations, contents creation, function, cross analysis, presentation creation, dynamical presentation, etc.
Students know basic skills and tools for data processing using generally common software like MS Word, MS Access and MS Excel. Students know how to visualize, analyze, process and query data using various methods.
