Course content
|
The subject aims to introduce the process of land adaptations ("pozemkové úpravy" = PU) PU to the students in detail. Students will become acquainted with both historical development of the land registry and PU and with the current situation in this branch. Attention will be paid especially to individual stages of processing complex PU in accordance with legislation: geodetic aspect (detailed survey of planimetry and altimetry of a site, defining the perimeter of the PU area, digital cadastral map, setting-out a proposed PU); project element (survey and analysis of the current state of the site, plan of common facilities, determining owners' rights, proposal of new lay-out of plots). PU and landscape planning also involve territorial systems of ecological stability which are a vital component in the structure of common facilities and ensure ecologically necessary minimum permanent greenery in intensively worked agricultural landscape. Within exercises and practical examples students will become acquainted with the technique of processing PU and proposing territorial systems of ecological stability.
