Learning outcomes
|
This subject is an introduction to other didactic subjects in the follow-up master study. It helps students to solve practical problems associated with teaching biology at primary and secondary schools. The emphasis is put on the practical aspects of field didactics encountered by future biology teachers at elementary and secondary schools. Students will be instruct in the creation of didactic materials, collections and teaching aids, in the activation of pupils/students with use motivation experiments and didactic games in teaching, in the practical use of modern information technologies, in didactic excursions and with the realization of project teaching.
The subject develops pedagogical skills of students and their competences for solving practical problems connected with teaching of biology at elementary and secondary school. Students will acquire the basic skills of making teaching aids for teaching, how to implement project and research-oriented teaching, how to use motivational experiments and other interactive and activation methods in their future pedagogical practice.
