Course content
The course completes other didactical courses. It can help students to solve practical problems linked with teaching of biology on secondary schools and prevent some pedagogical mistakes due to a lack of practical experiences. The attention will be paid to actual themes, which can meet the young teacher of biology in secondary schools - the choice of appropriate textbooks and other teaching facilities; the equipment of cabinet of biology, the exploitation of modern computer technology in education; the choice of applicable themes and preparation of school practical trainings of biology; biological and ecological competitions; after-school activities as a biological courses and excursions; teaching in foreign language; and not at the least importance the application of projects and grants. 1. Personality of teacher - characteristics of personality, psychohygiene, bourn-out syndrome. 2. Creation of Powerpoint presentations, basement of retorics. 3. Exploitation of Interactive Table in education - creation of presentation. 4. Teaching of biology in foreign language. 5. Projects and grants. 6. Bioinformatics. 7. Creation and using of didactic tests. 8. Textbooks of biology for secondary schools - preference, comparison 9. Biological excursions and trainings. 10. Activization methods in education.

Learning outcomes
The course can help students to solve practical problems linked with teaching of biology on secondary schools.
Students acquire methods of creation of Powerpoint presentations, essential of retorics, work with Interactive Board, creation of didactic tests, excursion methodology list and using of activisation methods in education.
