Course content |
The course will focus on practical skills of students - the preparation of biological samples, work with different types of microscopes, application of image analysis in microscopy - working with ImageJ software (Fuji), Cell (Olympus), Imaris (Bitplane) and practical applications in tasks from plant morphology and cytology, and phytopathology.
