Course content
Basic topics for teaching (both theoretical and practical): - basic concepts of financial literacy: v.ř.s.r., farmer, rich man, - the rule of 3 splints - theoretical definition and its practical application, - splints in practice, or how to improve your standard of living, - difficult life situations and how to help/advise in them.

Learning outcomes
This course Legal Relations in Personal Finance aims to familiarize students with the legal regulations applicable to personal finance and investing so that everyone can assess their situation and plan for the future. In addition, it aims to help students navigate this area and enable them to help/advise others on improving their financial situation (both in difficult life situations and in good ones, so that they can be even better). The course consists of lectures, where the topic is outlined, and seminars, where students apply theoretical knowledge to practical examples from real life. The course revisits and deepens selected institutions of financial law in a practical context. The knowledge gained through the course is beneficial and useful for those interested in taking the optional state exam in financial law.
After completing the course, students will: - deepen their knowledge of financial law through practical cases and examples, - gain an understanding of possible personal income and expenses, - have an overview of proper financial management for individuals and families, - learn about suitable investments.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Seminar Work
