1. Self-employed persons: the term "a self-employed person", position in social security system. 2. Self-employed persons' duties and reliability in social security. 3. Pension insurance of self-employed persons - legal regulation. 4. Pension insurance of self-employed persons - practical cases. 5. Sickness insurance of self-employed persons - practical cases. 6. Health insurance of self-employed persons - practical cases.

Learning outcomes
|
This facultative course follows the obligatory Social Security Law and shall provide a better orientation in the social security of self-employed persons. It refers to the differences between social security of employees and social security of self-employed persons. It focuses on the terms of self-employment and terms of participating on the social security of self-employed persons.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of the rights and duties of self-employed persons in the system of social security and will be able to recognize their content.
