Course content
The concept of private law, distinction from public law, principles sources The development of private law in the Czech Republic Natural person Legal person Legal facts - legal acts limitation and prescription periods Contract Basic concepts of family law I. Relationships between spouses. Basic concepts of family law II. Relationships between parents and children. Things. Tenure and its protection. Property rights I. Property rights II.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to acquaint students with fundamental knowledge of private law, from a theoretical and practical point of view, with emphasis on aspects related to public administration. In the first semester of this course will focus on the foundations of private law, the definition of entities, property law, family law, also outlined the development of private law.
Students who have completed this course will gain theoretical knowledge.
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses.
