Learning outcomes |
This course will focus on detailed features of contract law in the field of private and also commercial law with special emphasis on particular types of Private law contracts.
Students who have completed this course will gain the detailed knowledge of the problematic of Law of Contracts in the field of civil and also commercial law. Beyond this additional knowledge they will gain the detailed information about types of contracts, which were not covered by the general civil law courses. |
