Agreement to perform work. 4. Liability and compensation of damages. Prevention and liability in the labour law. Duties of the employee for damages. 5. Duties of the employer for damages. Factual basis of liability of the employer, general and special responsibility, recourse, compulsory insurance. 6. Employment policy of the state. Labour services. State control. 7. Course Labour Law 2 covers mainly the problematic of relations between employers and employees. It is focused on the topics like discipline in work, conditions of work and employment relationship, and claims of the parties of employment relationship. The content of the course will be also institutions of working period, time for rest, remuneration, obstacles to work, responsibility for damages and their reparation etc. The course includes also topics of collective labour law and legal aspects of employment policy. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will widen their knowledge in the field of labour law particularly in the field of individual labour law. They will be able to use this theoretical background in the field of practical application of law. |
