Learning outcomes
|
As part of the course Exercise of Intellectual Property Rights will be exercised students' ability to solve practical cases of intellectual property rights, including analysis of case law and other decisions and agreements regarding intellectual property rights which are not exercised within the framework of compulsory education. To the extent of detailed knowledge, students learn about the protection of intellectual property rights and related legal argumentation.
Educational objective is to capture an overview of intellectual property rights in the information society and knowledge so that students gain practical ability to assert claims arising from it.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
For course completion is required attendance at seminars in extent determined by leader of seminars and passing a written colloquium.
