Lecture Topics: System of statutory obligations . Reparation of damages: conditions for subjective responsibility. Reparation of damages II: circumstances excluding the illegality. Reparation of damages III: facts of the objective responsibility Reparation of damages IV: facts of the objective responsibility - continuing Reparation of damages V: damages caused by exercise f public power. Reparation of damages VI: reparation of damages Reparation of other than propriety loss. Unjust enrichment. Contract of agency without mandate. Seminary Topics: System of statutory obligations . Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide students with overview of several types of obligations ex lege in particular with the law of torts and to explain complex relation between concrete types. The unavoidable part covers work with the relevant case-law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.

Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the Law of Obligations 1 and Law of Obligations 2.

It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the exam.
