Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide students with overview of several types of contracts in the civil substantive law as well as in the commercial law and to offer comparison between them. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the detailed knowledge of connected with the questions of law of obligation and concrete types of contracts. Training of work with the case law is included.
Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the Law of Obligations 1 - Introduction.

Seminar Work

IIt is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in pre-exam credit test.
