Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of knowledge of legal context of the real estate transactions from a theoretical and practical point of view. Requirements on students to pass: seminars attendance, exam pass
After completing the course, the student will know how all parts of the real estate market work and will be knowledgeable in related legal regulations. The student will be able to provide expert advice and prepare simple documents, such as purchase contracts, registration proposals, and contracts on attorney's escrow
