Learning outcomes
|
During the course the students will be apprised with the fundamental terms of private law, sources of private law, elementary ways of its interpretation and information about its historical development. It includes mainly the problematic covered by general part of the Civil Code and first part of Commercial code. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain elementary knowledge in the field of private law, which may serve as base for the wider and deeper study of particular private law branches.

Assessment methods and criteria

Student performance
It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher, succesfull completition of the interim and final credit test and fulfil other conditions set by the seminar teacher.
