The topics of individual lectures are determined by the teachers of specific BIPs with regard to their thematic focus.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is taught in a foreign language by experts from partner universities and UPOL expertsin the frame of Erasmus plus programme It is aimed at acquiring a deeper knowledge of public law (with a particular focus on constitutional law, administrative law and other related public law disciplines, especially in comparative terms) as well as European, international law or national law
Students taking this course will acquire or deepen knowledge in the field of domestic law (especially in comparative terms), as well as European and international law. They will also deepen their linguistic knowledge and skills (including professional legal terminology) and intercultural competences.

Prerequisites
|
The course is completed according to the requirements of the teacher of the subject taught by a foreign expert or university in the form of a presentation of the final project.
