Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on the legal history of European and international law and is a specialization in European and international law. The course develops the student's theoretical knowledge. The course supplements the theoretical knowledge acquired in the Master's degree programme. The course is designed as a two-semester course. The course focuses in particular on the historical development of European and international law and highlights important contexts for students. It focuses on the origins of the European Union and European law as a legal phenomenon.

Written exam
A full-time student must attend 80% of classes, a combined student 30% of classes.
