The course is designed as a four-semester course, with the requirements of student performance in the course increasing as the semesters progress. The course builds primarily on the Philosophical-Methodological Foundations of Law and Scientific Propaedeutics and is designed for students specializing in he Field of Constitutional Law. Taking into account that the dissertation represents the final work of the student summarizing the results of his/her scientific activities carried out throughout the study, the programme places appropriate emphasis on the student's continuous scientific activity in the chosen field.
