Learning outcomes

The course is part of the third pillar of the study programme developing professional skills and general abilities of the student. It aims primarily at the development of the student's pedagogical skills; a secondary objective is also the strengthening of knowledge, since a deep structured knowledge of the subject is a prerequisite for the knowledge to be communicated in a comprehensible way. The course builds on the Pedagogical Propaedeutics in the first year of study and Pedagogical Activity I. and II. It is intended for students of the specialization Constitutional Law. In the third semester of the course, a certain level of pedagogical skills is already expected to be achieved, therefore the student is prepared to give a lecture for the first time in cooperation with the lecturer during this semester. In cooperation with the lecturer, the topic of the lecture is selected and the student is required to prepare adequately for teaching the lecture, including studying the literature specified by the lecturer, preparing the lecture and submitting it to the lecturer for review. Subsequently, the student is entrusted to conduct the lecture in the presence of his/her lecturer. At the same time, the student is required, under the guidance of the lecturer, to actively teach the minimum number of hours of seminar classes according to the chosen form of study.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.
