Learning outcomes
|
Subject is aimed to familiarize students with the basic notions and categories of positive law, which are necessary for contextual understanding of legal regulation of public administration in the frames of legal order. Main topics are: sources of law, legal norms, legal relations, application of law, interpretation of law, legal liability, guarantees of legality.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of basic notions and categories of law, which establish the qualification of lawyer and increase his ability of orientation in law.

Assessment methods and criteria

Mark
It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they must work up seminar paper. It is essential that those students who would like to get the exam must have the knowledge within the scope of compulsory literature.
