The course is part of the third pillar of the study program developing professional skills and general competence of the student. The subject follows the pedagogical propedeutics in the first year of study and Pedagogical activity I., II. and III. It is intended for students of the Criminal Law specialization. In the fourth semester of the course, it is expected to achieve a certain level of student's pedagogical skills, therefore the student is again obliged, in cooperation with the supervisor, to conduct one selected lecture within the semester. In cooperation with the supervisor, the topic of the lecture is selected and the student is obliged to properly prepare for the teaching of the lecture, including the study of the literature set by the supervisor, to prepare the lecture and submit it to the supervisor for inspection. Subsequently, the student is entrusted with conducting the lecture with the participation of its supervisor. At the same time, under the supervision of the supervisor, the student is obliged to actively teach according to the selected form of study the minimum number of hours of seminar lessons.
