Learning outcomes
|
The course builds on topics from the first year and deepens basic knowledge of legal terminology in the given language. The main method is working with specialized texts, which aims to activate acquired knowledge of legal language and strengthen the ability to communicate basic aspects of Czech and French law in French. Emphasis is placed on comparing both legal systems on the basis of specialized legal terms.
Students completing this course will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of specialized legal terminology and become familiar with the French legal system.

Completion of this course is conditional upon successful completion of KJA/MFJ1 and KJA/MFJ2.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
In order to pass the exam, it is necessary to attend seminars to the extent specified by the teacher and to fulfil the obligations set by the teacher for the given seminar.
