Learning outcomes
|
The course follows the optional French in EU Law I taught in the winter semester. Students will have the opportunity to examine in detail, not only the theory of the EU law, but also the current developments within Europe itself, which is necessary to obtain additional language competencies. The course familiarizes students with the history and functioning of the EC and the EU, the individual institutions and European human rights protection.
Students completing this course will gain knowledge and skills in the area of professional legal terminology of European Union through written and spoken texts.

This course is conditional on completing the course French in UE Law I.

Student performance
The participation in seminars within the range set by the teacher and the performance of duties are essential for obtaining the colloquium.
