The subject "Labour Law Clinic 2" is focused on the development of students' skills in the practical application of labor law and the extension of their knowledge gained in the compulsory subject "Labour Law" and optional subject "Labour Law Clinic". Within the subject, students will deal with practical examples and case studies of non-employment contracts, qualifying agreements, co-operation between employers and trade unions and collective negotiations and collective redundancies. Students will actively engage in pro bono projects as part of practical application of acquired theoretical legal knowledge. The subject is suitable for students of Master's Degree in Law, who have already completed the compulsory subject "Labour Law" (highly recommended, but not a prerequisite is the completion of the subject "Labour Law Clinic").
The individual blocks are focused mainly on practicing theoretical knowledge, gaining practical experience in the application of labour law, preparation or analysis of labour law documents, solution of examples from practice and work with labour law case-law. Students will deepen the knowledge of individual labour law institutes, develop their skills of preparation and analysis of legal documents in the field of labour law, the ability to search for legal information, legal problem analysis, legal argumentation. Thanks to pro bono projects, students will develop their perception of values protected by labour law, deeper understanding of the interests involved in the status of employee and employer, and realize the background of current labour law issues
