Basic conceptual documents of the Czech state relating to systemic, interdisciplinary and interdepartmental support for persons with special needs (disability). Legal regulation of the status of persons with disabilities in the Czech legal system. Persons with special needs (disability) in constitutional, civil, family, criminal and administrative law.
