Course content
1. Introduction to communication - verbal and nonverbal communication, communication process, orientation in terms of speech, language, speech, dialogue. Forms and principles of communication. 2. Phylogeny and ontogeny of speech. 3. speech disorders - evaluation of speech disorders, terminological definition of defect, fault orientation in 10 speech disorders, language levels. 4. Gender specifics of communication. 5. Culture and interpersonal communication, multiculturalism, bilingualism. 6. Disturbances in interpersonal communication. 7. Alternative forms of communication. 8. Communication as part of the counseling process.

Learning outcomes
