The course is a continuation of Theater Therapy I and Theater Therapy II and is aimed at a deeper understanding of the specifics of the given field, primarily exploring the variability of approaches with regard to the target group, while focusing on the most common target groups (individuals with mental disabilities, with ASD, etc.). Students will be introduced to the latest trends in the field of theatrotherapeutic process, especially foreign approaches using both narrative procedures and rehabilitation procedures at the level of deep body work and plastic movement. The role of theatrotherapeutic assistant will be defined in detail and theatrotherapeutic process versus specific theater will be defined. After completing the course, students should: - Be able to define the specifics of the theater therapy process for selected target groups. - To be familiar with the latest global trends in the field. - Define the role of a theater therapy assistant from a therapeutic and aesthetic point of view. - Distinguish the terms specific theater and theater therapy process.
