Course content
Aphasia. Fatic functions and disorders - definitions. Aphasia - terminology, classification, main etiology, symptoms, basic diagnosis and intervention, prevention and prognosis. Alexie, agraphia, akalkulie, apraxia and agramatismus. Personality profiling and literature. Diagnostic and didactic material, special methodological, technical and instrumentation equipment. Interdisciplinary cooperation. Dysarthria. Terminology, classification - developmental and acquired form, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and intervention, prevention and prognosis. Specifics dysarthria with cerebral palsy. Personality profiling and literature. Diagnostic and didactic material, special methodological, technical and instrumentation equipment. Interdisciplinary cooperation. Symptomatic speech - part 1. Symptomatic speech disorders - terminology and classification. Symptomatic speech disorders of sensory, mental and somatic disability - symptoms, diagnosis, intervention, prevention, and prognosis. Personality profiling and literature. Diagnostic and didactic material, special methodological, technical and instrumentation equipment. Interdisciplinary cooperation. Symptomatic speech - Part 2. Symptomatic speech disorders of autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric and neurotic disorders, neurological diseases. Down's syndrome and its consequences in verbal and nonverbal communication. Diagnosis and intervention, prevention and prognosis. Personality profiling and literature. Diagnostic and didactic material, special methodological, technical and instrumentation equipment. Interdisciplinary cooperation.
