Course content
Introduction to the speech and language therapy as an interdisciplinary science - terminology, history. Speech and language therapy, prevention,intervention. The basic knowledge in ten fields of communicative disabilities. Basic terminology in speech and language therapy. Organization of speech and language therapy in Czech Republic, speech and language therapy organization and society. Assumptions and possibilities of stumulation in speech and language development. Physiological difficulties in speech and language development. Diagnostics (assessment) at speech and language therapy. Basic speech and language examination. Laterality.

Learning outcomes
