The aim of the ongoing practice of listening is to enable students to gain a deeper insight into the system of activities and activities implemented in counseling workplaces at schools with regard to the field of study. It can be implemented in all primary and secondary schools, where school counseling offices have been established, consisting preferably of all recommended staff (educational counselor, prevention methodologist, school special pedagogue, school psychologist, or social pedagogue). The aim of the internship is to become familiar in practice with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the care of a client with SVP within the competences of the school. At the same time, he will gain an overview of the way documentation is kept and the procedures necessary to ensure the provision of counseling services by the school. The student participates in specific activities planned together with the internship supervisor. As part of the practice, the student learns to recognize pupils/students with SEN and situations capturing the specific educational needs of these pupils/students, to communicate with pupils/students, with teachers and other pedagogical staff and possibly with parents.
