Objectives: The goal of the course is to continue introducing students to the theoretical foundations of the field of Psychopedia, primarily to the etiology and psychology of mental retardation, but also to the system of education, counseling, social services and other related topics. Teaching theses: o Etiology of mental retardation. o Specifics of the personality of the client with mental disabilities and other mental disorders. o Educational system intended for persons with mental disabilities. o Social care services for people with mental disabilities or other mental disorders. o Counseling for persons with mental disabilities or other mental disorders. o Alternative approaches to education and care for people with mental disabilities.
