The aim of the course is to deepen students' awareness of the counseling process, its individual agents, areas and providers with regard to the field of study. By completing the course, the student should be able to evaluate the situation described by the client and propose the possibilities of consulting assistance comprehensively, i.e. taking into account all cooperating departments. The basis is the TAC (Team Around the Child) approach used abroad and in the Czech Republic to support a comprehensive and effective solution to the needs of the client and his family. Thematic areas: - Counseling and special pedagogy, relationships and limits, competences. - Family and child with disabilities as a target group. - Basic items of the counseling process - goals, forms, stages. - Use of the diagnostic process and its conclusions in counseling intervention. - Types of consulting activities, their form and management. - Social networking and collaborative models in client care. - Competence of the adviser.
