Learning outcomes |
Counseling assistance practice is partly based on previous intervention practice, but it is already aimed at the practical involvement of students in practices, in the form of counseling assistance to workers in facilities targeting children with disabilities and disadvantages in early and preschool age. During the internship, students should have the opportunity to assist a facility worker in direct work with a child, with a child and a family, or with a child and a worker in preschool education. Students should monitor and assist in the worker's work at the level of using specific and special methods of child development, arranging the environment, using and practicing working with compensatory aids, etc.
