The aim of continuous listening practice is to enable students to gain a deeper insight into the system of diagnostic activities implemented in counseling facilities for the target group of people with special educational needs, taking into account the field of study. It can be implemented in counseling facilities in which special pedagogical diagnostics are part of the work of a special pedagogue (e.g. early care centers, school counseling facilities, selected counseling facilities for people with behavioral disorders). The aim of the internship is to become familiar in practice with the diagnostic process and the regularities of its connection with intervention procedures in the care of a client with SVP. They will also familiarize themselves with the diagnostic tools that are used in a specific workplace. The student participates in specific activities planned together with the internship supervisor. They learn to formulate questions, summarize knowledge, terminological accuracy and characterize problems seen during practice. He will get an insight into the way the client's documentation is kept and get acquainted with the organizational measures ensuring the operation of the given institution.
