Learning outcomes
Course objectives Developing knowledge of basic strategies for creating community cohesion. The partial goal of the course is to obtain database of tools for the creation of community togetherness. Learning procedures to support motivation, development of communication, cooperation and, as part of community action, acquiring know-how in the field of using experiential pedagogy for the development of personal and social development and finding one?s own social role within the community society. Student requirements 100% active participation, completion of the evaluation questionnaire, self-reflection on the developed competencies required for a higher degree of personal involvement in community coexistence. Content - Welcoming of the participants and introducing the objectives and agenda of the workshop. - Team building activities. - Activities focused on cooperation between individual participants. - Problem-solving activities. - Icebreakers. - Activities for personal and social development and awareness of social position within the community. - Activities focused on verbal and non-verbal communication. - Activities to develop critical thinking and self-reflection. - Activities to develop confidence in oneself and other members of the community. - Activities focused on stress management. - Activities focused on relaxation.
