The course aims to provide its participants with the basic theoretical definition of the field and its concept in the ethical, legislative and historical contexts in the Czech Republic and abroad. Syllabus: " Concept of the field, its position in the taxonomy of sciences, concepts and terminology, psychosocial risk and disorders. " Development and focus of the field, current concepts, research and trends in the Czech Republic and abroad, important figures. " Historical development of approaches to people with psychosocial risk or disorders. " Requirements for expertise and personality traits, professional ethics, ethical codes and standards. " The system and organization of facilities for people in the field's target groups. " The system for prevention of risky behaviour in schools and school facilities. " Family as a risk factor for the emergence of behavioural disorders, functions of the family, socio-economical aspects, legislation related to family relationships. " Institutional and protective education, legal framework of its implementation, relationship between the facilities and children, rights and obligations, specifics and risk factors. " Social and psychological factors for the emergence of behavioural disorders, implementation of socio-legal protection of children and youth in the Czech Republic, institutes of the Act on socio-legal protection of children and youth. " Criminal liability, its occurrence, specifics of the position of minor and juvenile people in criminal law, institutes of the Act on youth justice system.
