Course content
The discipline treats the system and functioning of the counselling.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give students a comprehensive overview of the essentials of preparation, creation and defense of final (bachalor) thesis. At the end of the course students should be able to: ? understand the terminology associated with the processing and defense of the thesis; ? responsibly choose the topic/area of the thesis; ? manage the basic administration process associated with the assignment and tutoring of thesis, the information system of the faculty; ? use available information resources (library services, electronic resources, databases); ? use properly citations (references) in the text; ? be able to prepare a structured content of the thesis; ? be able to use previous knowledge from clasess focused on methodology of special education research and it?s application in the creation of thesis; ? be able to manage and create thesis project. Tutorials: ? methodological aspects of the final thesis: prerequisites, choice of topic, and supervisor. ? Principles of final thesis. ? Formal duties of students in assigning the topic of their final thesis. ? Recommended structure of the content of the final thesis. ? Bibliographic and non-bibliographic citations - work with information sources. ? Specifics of processing the practical part of the thesis. ? Elaboration of the thesis in terms of orthography and stylistics. ? Final form of the final thesis. ? Defense of the final thesis. ? Consultation of examples Presentation of the final project.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
