The discipline treats the system and functioning of the counselling.

Learning outcomes
|
Definition terminology, classification and symptomatology of multiple disability. Implications for education. Multiple disability with primary intellectual disability. Multiple disability with primary physical disability, visual / hearing impairment, or communication disorders. Multiple disability with primary autism spectrum disorders. Institutions for persons with multiple disability in health care, educational and social care area. Family of persons with multiple disability, concept of losses, caregivers´ burden, transformations, family centered care, etc. Specifics of education of people with multiple disability ? educational content, methods and forms. Methods for education of people with multiple disability, eg. alternative communication, positive behavior support, basal stimulation, Snoezelen-MSE, arts therapies, etc.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
