This subject will help the students to gain a deeper insight into these areas of special education intervention (based on the summary of evidence based methods in special and inclusive education): Alternative communication Alimentation Arts-based assessment Assistive technologies Basal stimulation Cognitive rehabilitation Cooperative learning Direct instructions Dynamic assessment Family involvement and team collaboration Formative assessment Functional-ecologic assessment methods (eg. MAPS) Methods of cognitive education (Feuerstein, Nyborg, etc.) Multi-sensorial environment Neurologic music therapy Peer-tutoring Psychomotor therapy Task analysis Universal design of learning Vibroacoustic therapy and vibroacoustic stimulation
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
