The Current Trends in Education course focuses on the effective use of modern information and communication technologies in education (especially in the primary school environment). The lesson will introduce students to: a) robotic programmable aids (beebot, bluebot, probot, ozobot), b) humanoid robots (Alpha), c) robotic arm, d) 3D printers and 3D printing pens, e) laser technologies (engraving device, laser keyboard), g) 3D virtual reality (Oculus Rift), (h) augmented reality (Merge Cube), (i) mobile touch devices, j) other gadgets (e.g. levitron). The course is intended for all those who want to get acquainted with these gadgets and, above all, to try them out. The course also includes demonstrations of programming and operation of selected devices. The course is suitable for teachers of all types of schools. The E-Safety course includes series of lectures for students primarily focused on the current trends in the field of security in the online environment, with a special focus on the problem of cyberbullying as well as on the problem of sexting and child grooming: - cyberbullying vs. online aggression, types of cyberbullying - motivation for online bullying - strategies of prevention - case studies & cyberbullying and Czech law - cybergrooming and sexting as risky forms of behaviour - process of grooming - motivation for online grooming - strategies of prevention - case studies & cybergrooming and Czech law The course will be implemented in three blocks: the first blog will take place in the DigiLab, the second blog will be dedicated to the issue of safe movement in the online environment and the third blog will be implemented in the form of e-learning.
