The student will become familiar with the topics related to the fulfilment of the course objective (see the course syllabus). Student will also reflect on the connection between the stated objectives of the course and the topic of his forthcoming dissertation. The (compulsory) consultation will then define the topic of the written thesis, which the PhD student will submit at least one week before the exam, based on the set parameters (format, scope, cited sources, etc.). A list of the literature studied on the subject will also be a separate part of the materials submitted before the examination. The examination is based on a professional discussion of the literature studied, an evaluation of the quality of the written topic and the answering of related professional questions in the field of the promotion and development of reading for children and young people (the definition of the topics is determined by the formulation of the course objectives - see the syllabus). Both the regular student and the student with ISP must complete the required task at a certain quality and pass the exam successfully. Participation in the seminar is not mandatory.
