Requirements to earn credit: Submission (in printed form) of a two-page worksheet based on a literary text and intended to develop pre-literacy in kindergarten. Colloquium: Oral colloquial exam. You will take the exam in pairs. You pull out one of the circuits. Only students with completed credits can take the colloquium. 1. Children's literature in the context of national literature. Intentional literature. Expert reflection on literature for children and youth. Definition of the term trivial literature. Forms of trivialization in children's literature. 2. Czech and world folk tale and its genealogical features. The most important Czech and world collectors of folk tales. 3. Czech and world author's fairy tale (until 1989) and its basic features. The most important Czech and world authors and their work. 4. Current book production for children of preschool and younger school age (Czech and foreign). Czech illustrators of children's books. Awards given to illustrators. 5. Czech and world story with a child hero (until 1989). Genre typology, its development. Prominent representatives and their works. 6. Czech and world poetry for children until 1989. Important authors and their works. 7. Contemporary Czech and world author's fairy tale (after 1989) and its basic features. The most important Czech and world authors and their work. 8. Contemporary Czech and world story with a child hero (since 1989). Genre typology, its development. Prominent representatives and their works. 9. Contemporary Czech and world poetry for children since 1989. Important authors and their works. 10. Rumor, myth and legend in children's literature. The most important Czech and international collectors and forwarders. Orientation in the latest book and magazine production for children. Literary competitions and their contribution to promoting interest in books and literature.
