Course content
|
1. Introduction to the study of language (Czech national language forms, norms and codification, characteristic features). 2. Phonetics and phonology (principles of literary pronunciation, sound means of fluent speech). 3. Czech ortography rules. 4.Word formation (motivated denominations, non-motivated). 5. Morphology (parts of speech and functionality of their usage in linguistic utterance).

Learning outcomes
|
A general study of language, introduction to phonetics and phonology, basics of orthoepy. Word-formation, derivaion, compounding. Morphological phenomena.
Students will learn basic skills, methods and processes regarding the work with linguistic information based on the model situation.
