Learning outcomes
|
After completing the course students should be able to: - to define the historical and cultural importance of Olomouc as the second most important monument reserve in the Czech Republic, - to name monuments in Olomouc and its surroundings, - Demonstrate on the map of the city the most important places associated with the history and culture of the city, - describe which places in Olomouc are connected with the stay of famous personalities, especially in the field of culture, - to characterize the location of Palacky University and its components within the structure of the city, - to estimate the demands made by the preparation of the excursion to the organizer of the event - for example, when preparing a school excursion during the primary school, - summarize the benefits of excursion for your personal development, - summarize the lessons learned during an excursion and write an essay expressing their personal relationship to the city and assessing the course of the excursion.
