After completing the course students should be able to: - to explain basic literary-terminology, - apply acquired knowledge in solving practical tasks, - interpret artistic literary text, - to apply the principles of aesthetics, - to specify basic features of selected 19th-century national literature, - to make a written literary analysis of the selected title from the world literature of the 19th century.
