Learning outcomes
After completing the course students should be able to: - perform segmental analysis of spoken or written speech, - perform suprasegmental analysis of spoken or written speech, - to demonstrate the differences between the Czech and the unscriptural in terms of phonetic differences, - to classify individual types of consonants and vocals (according to the form of creation, places of creation, acoustic symptom, articulation body and other relevant elements), - describe the process of articulation and perception of the voice, - demonstrate differences in pronouns and vocals, - Explain and illustrate the differences between phonemes, phonemes and allophanes.
